Refund policy

Every BAFVO piece is made to order — crafted just for you when you place your order.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Wrong, damaged, or defective item

If your item arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Email support@bafvo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. You do not need to ship anything back.

Wrong size or changed your mind

If the fit isn't right or you changed your mind, we will exchange it for another size or give you store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn. Email support@bafvo.com with your order number. No return shipping needed.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
